Description: This tiny grove along CR 51 just north of CR 14 can be surprisingly productive. In the summer, look for Blue Grosbeak, Northern Bobwhite, Cassin's Sparrow (in the surrounding grasslands), Red-headed Woodpecker, and Black-billed Magpie (one of the few sites in the county where it is regular). Migrants may occur in season, as well as sparrow flocks during the winter.

Directions: To reach this small woodlot, travel south on US-385 for 4 miles south of the intersection with US-6 in Holyoke, and turn left (east) onto CR 14. Go east for 6 miles and turn left (north) onto CR 51, which dead-ends in a mile. The grove is on your right in about a half mile.
