Description: This ranch offers several hundred acres of birdwatching on shortgrass prairie, as well as access to Timpas Creek. On the prairie you may find Mountain Plovers and Long-billed Curlew, with luck. Stay at the family-style bunkhouse, which sleeps 4 to 5 adults and 2 kids. Two kids can also sleep in the old-time sheep wagon. Enjoy nightly campfires and chuckwagon cooking. Watch horse-training and western leather-working on site.

Please remember that this is a working ranch as well as a private residence, and there may be times when the landowner cannot accommodate visits. While you are on the ranch, remember to stay on roads, leave gates as you find them (whether open or closed), and refrain from taking anything off the ranch or leaving trash behind.
